All existing thermostats are replaced by the Honeywell thermostat, including a 24V transformer. The thermostats can be upgraded to a Honeywell Smart thermostat.
With the wiring harness built-in-house, installation is done by plugging in the wiring with Molex connectors rather than it being hard-wired, reducing installation time and costs, and guaranteeing better quality asit is factory tested prior to installation. .

Our units have Nidec programmable motors with a
new blower housing. These motors are energy
efficient and quieter, as unitsrun aslow as 400 CFM,
reducing energy consumption.

The coils are locally sourced and have a 304 stainless steel body and aluminum fins, rather than the galvanized steel which rusts over time and are generally found in existing units. The 5/8” OD coper lines have also been designed so they will not rust ensuring greater longevity for the unit over all.
The ELITE model includes Belimo 3-way valves, allowing Inner-Cool Systemsto extend their warranty to 5 years on parts due to the reliable performance and efficiency of these valves.
All drain pans are measured prior to
production, are robot welded for precision and
designed with a 5 degree sloping surface for
proper drainage.
The Inner-Coolsystem comprises of a two-fold
warning system against flooding. The drain pan
consists of a sensor that will activate the alarm to
warn residentsif any water is present in the drain
pan. This willshut off the unit to avoid flooding.
A flood sensor is also placed on the floor of the
cabinet. If there is any water from the above unit,
water build up will activate the sensor and warn the
resident but will leave their unit running.
