Company Growth & Milestones
Company Founded
Inner-Cool Systems Inc. was established by father and son Elvio and Henry de Lima, who had been working in the HVAC industry for several years, when they decided they wanted to change the way things were done and create innovative solutions. They started working right away on creating their first retrofit vertical and horizontal fan coil systems.
Operations began shortly after, when all business permits and other essential documents were finally approved by the government. During the wait, they moved into their first location.
By 2018, Inner-Cool Systems Inc. had outgrown their first facility and moved to a larger location in the heart of Mississauga , Ontario. From there, they continued to grow and expand their fan coil selection and introduced their new Lowboy systems. They also became a CSA certified company. Inner-Cool continues to manufacture top quality fan coil systems for residential and commercial projects. With their focus still on maintaining the highest quality possible, at a fair and competitive price that is customizable for any clients needs, they strive to continue being the “future of fan coil innovation.” 2025 Operations began shortly after, when all business permits and other essential documents were finally approved by the government. During the wait, they moved into their first location.
Companies started to notice the innovation and quality that was produced from Inner-Cool, and with that recognition came the need to hire help. They have since grown from 2 to 16 people!
With a growing need for Lowboys in the fan coil industry, they designed and implemented the plans for three new Lowboy systems. They also began producing harnesses and electrical systems for third-party companies.
With higher quality demands and restrictions from the government, the company, through rigorous testing, became ETL certified, which gave them a competitive advantage in the industry.
Inner‑Cool, formerly known as Inner‑Cool Systems, refreshes its brand name for marketing purposes. While some legacy materials still feature the original logo, the company continues to grow—expanding internationally with a new distributorship in Chicago and additional partners joining across Canada.
